In the injection molding industry, hot runner system is one of the most commonly used parts, which is essential. The existence of hot runner system can effectively improve the production efficiency and product quality. In today's increasingly pursuit of efficiency production, innovative new hot runner system has been successfully launched on the market. Where are its advantages?

Due to the multi-channel injection molding technology, many parts can only be processed by hot runner technology; Generally speaking, the hot runner and the injection mold are a whole, but the function of the heat runner is completely different from the mold itself. The installation, connection and operation of the independent unit of the hot runner system have very high-precision position requirements, so the installation of the hot runner has become a thorny problem in the mold installation.

It is because the hot runner system installation has such an important position, in order to avoid errors in the process of hot runner system installation, many hot runner system developers try to simplify the system connection to save assembly time and reduce the probability of problems.

In the combined hot runner system, the nozzle and splitter plate form a simple unit. The melt flows directly into the nozzle from the splitter plate, so there is no deviation and no dead angle. The threaded nozzle is embedded into the splitter plate to eliminate the leakage between the nozzle and the splitter plate. The traditional bushing system design will generate thermal expansion, and this combined system is particularly effective in eliminating such leakage.

The combined hot runner system is located in the center of the mold and has little connection with the mold. The manufacturing material of the combined hot runner system does not require high thermal conductivity, clamping and pre tension on the die sheet. This minimal connection provides a high precision and stable temperature profile, so the energy consumption is much lower than that of traditional hot runner systems.

In general, combined hot runner systems reduce maintenance costs. The complete hot runner system is based on modular pre configuration design and installation, and the wires of heater or thermocouple are removed during assembly. The wires connecting the heater to the distribution box are placed in a specially designed conduit, which is beneficial for the removal of the mold or hot runner system. At the same time, the integrated hot runner system can carry out daily maintenance without disassembly, thus saving time and reducing the probability of assembly errors.
